Lumumba secondary School consists of 4 laboratory. Two Chemistry laboratory on the ground floor and a Biology lab & Physics lab on the first floor.

All students performs their practical in the laboratory, both Advance and O-level students under the vision of a laboratory assistant or the subject teachers. By the help of the Ministry of Education, the laboratories in Lumumba are filled with different necessary apparatus and chemical reagents for the efficient use of students.

Among the practicals that students perform is Qualitative analysis & Volumetric analysis (in Chem), Food test & Classification (in Bio), Light and Density (in Phys).
